Alongside the complimentary advice available from the sales team we offer consultations with our engineers at your property, machine or project. They have extensive experience in many industries including ;the fluid sealing industry, mechanical seal refurbishment, cartidge seal refurbishment, pump refurbishment, lapping services, valve refurbishment, pressure transmission, chain & gearboxes, gaskets and hygenic pumps. We will spend time with you, talking through your requirements, taking samples and measuring.
Once the consultation has been completed we will provide you with a list of suggestions and recommendations, with a general indication of products costs that will allow you to fix, solve or complete your property, machine or project. All of our products and part recommdations will come from the best and biggest names in engineering such as John Crane, Pentair Sudmo, Wika, Renold, Moldex, Circor, Klinger and more!
Our on-site consultation service is completely free but for the provision of drawings, creating plans and tools, etc. there may be an initial cost.
We highly recommend this service for emergencies, very large projects or commercial work.
